<p>Maserati nedávno predstavilo svoju novú &#8211; už druhú verziu modelu MC20. MC20 slúži ako vrcholné dielo, zároveň ako štart novej éry značky Maserati združenej pod novým koncernom Stellantis. Kupé s karbónovým monokokom sme už mohli vidieť. Jeho jednoduché tvary, koncepcia s motorom vzadu-uprostred je presne to, čo značke chýbalo dlhé roky. Nový motor V6, výkon 463 kW (600 k) pri 7500 ot/min a krútiaci moment 730 Nm, to všetko na zadnej náprave, to sú parametre pre značku, ktorá síce má právo vyrábať superšporty, no nemá právo konkurovať Ferrari. Nič z toho sa nemení ani pri modeli Cielo. Rozdiel je len v tom, že auto s otvárateľnou strechou má o 65 kg vyššiu hmotnosť a dizajnovo sa tiež mierne líši. Nožnicové dvere zostali, nebojte. </p>

<p>Zvýšenie hmotnosti ide na vrub zvýšeniu tuhosti konštrukcie. Maserati si pre MC20 pripravilo celkovo tri monokoky. Jeden pre kupé, jeden pre kabrio, jeden pre elektromobil. Každý má mierne odlišné vrstvenie a hrúbku na odlišných miestach. Vo výsledku však majú všetky tri verzie toho istého auta prinášať rovnakú dávku zábavy. Tu sa dá zábava aj merať. Presnejšie, dá sa odmerať na ako dlho treba zábavu prerušiť &#8211; na 12 sekúnd, kým sa strecha otvorí, či zatvorí. </p>



<p>Zaujímavosťou modelu Cielo je tiež fakt, že otvárateľná strecha je presklená a bez dodatočných panelov vie byť priehľadná i nepriehľadná. Môžu za to tekuté polymérové kryštály schopné preskupovania na podnet. Technológia sa volá PDLC a aj dnes je mimoriadna v sériovom použití. </p>



<p>Maserati MC20 príde na trh najprv v obmedzenej 60 kusovej édicii s názvom PrimaSerie. Zobrazený model je práve z tejto série. Všimnúť si treba najmä nový akvamarínový odtieň laku, akvamarínové prešívanie vnútri a svetlú alcantaru v kabíne i PrimaSerie nápisy aj na 20-palcových kolesách. </p>
